Surtech Industries Safety Statement

Surtech Industries, Inc. is dedicated to providing their employees with a safe work environment. The safety program at Surtech Industries, Inc. was designed to institute good safety procedures and emergency preparedness as well to minimize the hazards to human health and the environment.

Our corporate safety philosophy includes the following beliefs:

• We believe that the safety of the employees is our principle ambition. Safe operating procedures will be followed at all times and will be reviewed and revised at least annually and at each safety meeting.
• We believe that injuries and accidents are preventable through the implementation of safe work procedures and environmental controls.
• The prevention of bodily injury is the first consideration in all workplace actions and is the responsibility of every employee at every level.
• Written safety plans describing safe work practices and procedures to be practiced will be read by all employees at every level and they will be responsible for knowing and following the safety practices described in these safety plans.
• The Safety Program will be reviewed, updated, and enforced through a safety committee.
